1) How do I place an order?
We started Piece of Heaven to make gifting effortless. Simply select a gift from our handpicked finds, select your packaging, personalise the details at checkout and you’re done.
We also have a thoughtfully curated range of ready to ship hampers that can be personalised and sent.
2) Does my order ship as shown?
Each Piece of Heaven that leaves our studio is completely made to order. If you have ordered a Personalised gift then rest assured, it is created with great care and includes exactly what is requested. It comes in an elegant black or peach box, tied with a beautiful ribbon.
We ship it inside a shipper box, so it stays neat and all there is to do is open and indulge!
3) Is there a way to preview my custom designed note?
Not as of today, but we are working towards making that happen soon.
Meanwhile, we are happy to send you a screenshot of how your customised greeting will look if you email your order number to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
4) Will you include an invoice in the gifts?
We only email invoices and never include them inside our gift boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. However, due to government regulations it is mandatory to include invoice value on the shipping label.
5) Can I create multiple hampers and ship them to different addresses?
Absolutely, we believe everyone deserves a Piece of Heaven!
Once you're done creating multiple hampers, there is a provision at checkout to enter various addresses.
6) Can I place large customised orders?

Shipping & Delivery
1) Is shipping included? We started Piece of Heaven to keep gifting simple. Our prices are transparent and include packaging and taxes. All orders above Rs 999 will be shipped free and a shipping fee of Rs 100 will be applicable for orders below Rs 999.
2) How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders take 1-2 days to process and 2-6 days to ship, depending on the delivery location. If you order is urgent, give us a call on +912249727400 (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday) and we’ll see what we can do best.
3) What do I do if I need my gift to be delivered on a specific date?
We’d love to help you make someone’s day. Just shoot us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can hold your gift until a specific day. If required, we can also add our matching ‘Only to be opened on ___ “ sticker on top of their package.
4) Where do you ship?We only ship orders across India at the moment. We're working on the logistics to include international shipping soon. Meanwhile, we can ship internationally for an additional fee, on a case-by-case basis. So email us at email@example.com and let’s surprise your loved ones across the globe.
Returns1) What is your return policy?
Anything you purchase on Piece of Heaven should arrive in pristine condition. If you feel that anything in your order is defective or damaged, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on +912249727400 (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday), within two days of receiving your order.
Given the personalised nature of our gifts, all refunds will be on a case-by-case basis and issued as store credit.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paytm, American ExpressNet Banking, Paypal and Cash on delivery.
